What Skills do I bring?

What Skills do I bring to my Group? "Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine." I have taken it upon myself to try and be my groups leader, through setting up meetings, picking and arranging topics, but also listening to my groups strengths, weaknesses and comforts with certain things as to help them excel in there strong areas. Another area revolves around ensuring adequate responses to questions given by the audience. Although my skills are there I always aspire to improve in any way that I can for my presentations.
