Interviewing and the Steps Needed

Before an interview some steps still need to be taken. The first thing is dress for the job you want. It is extremely important that you come dressed for the occasion, this means probably don't want to wear sweatpants to an accounting job interview, dress as you would a normal day going to that job. Have an idea of what you want to say, likely you will not know exactly what will be asked but make sure you have a key set of things such as skills that you want to put on display during the interview.

During the interview it is extremely important to do a number of things. First off you want to make sure you appear confident and calm, make sure you display yourself in a professional manner. Important to be very clear and have a good volume and voice tone, it is hard to hear your amazing skills if you are mumbling, While speaking try and maintain eye contact, maintain a good posture and also avoid long pauses at the start of questions.

After an interview your not done yet. Make sure you send a thank you letter to the company/interviewer for the opportunity and expressing your excitement and interest. This is important because it shows initiative and desire for the position in question.

What Skills do I bring?

What Skills do I bring to my Group? "Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. Chris Hadfield  https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/chris_hadfield_637159 The overlaying skill I feel I bring to the table in my group setting is leadership. I have taken it upon myself to try and be my groups leader, through setting up meetings, picking and arranging topics, but also listening to my groups strengths, weaknesses and comforts with certain things as to help them excel in there strong areas. Going into a business job in accounting, teamwork and group work is very prevalent in today's day and age. So being able to take on the role of a leader is a very looked for trait by employers...
